How It Works
It's super simple and will make our lives way easier.
What is Splitwise?
It's a free app that keeps a running total of who's paid for what. It stops the awkward "you owe me" chats by tracking shared bills, IOUs, and group expenses transparently.
How We'll Use It
When one of us pays for something (like a round of drinks or groceries), we add it to the app. We can split it equally or specify who was involved. Easy peasy.
Why It's Great
At the end of the trip, the app's "Simplify Debts" feature tells us the easiest way to settle up. Instead of 20 small payments, it might just be one or two transfers. Less hassle, more holiday!
